NEWS ITEM: Cathedral hosts WAAPA students !!

This Thursday evening (11th April), WA’s finest young singers perform Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem, conducted by Kristin Bowtell and accompanied by organist Stewart Smith, filling St Mary’s Cathedral with the transcendental beauty of this sublime work. Performed with Telemann’s Concerto in E minor for Two Violins and Basso Continuo, motets by Francis Poulenc, and Elgar’s They Are At Rest, this promises to be a choral highlight event of the year.
